Pricing & Revisions
All prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of each project. The final cost of any project may be revised based on scope, complexity, and client requirements. Written approval from the client is required for any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work.

Payment & Invoicing
Payment is due upon receipt of the final invoice. No rights or licenses to the final work are granted until full payment is received. Any use of the work before full payment, including but not limited to public display, distribution, or sharing, is prohibited.

Copyright & Usage Rights
All work produced remains the intellectual property of Kosmos Creative until full payment is made. Upon full payment, a limited license for the agreed usage will be granted. Any usage beyond the agreed terms requires additional fees and must be negotiated separately. Unauthorized use of the work will result in legal action.

Revisions
Revisions to the final work are available as specified in the project agreement. Any revisions beyond the agreed number or scope may incur additional charges.

Cancellation & Postponement
In the event of project cancellation or postponement by the client, a fee may be charged based on the work completed and time allocated to the project. Any non-refundable expenses incurred by Kosmos Creative will also be charged to the client.

Project Timeline & Deadlines
Project timelines and deadlines will be agreed upon at the start of each project. Delays caused by the client, including but not limited to late provision of materials, approvals, or feedback, may result in a revised deadline and may incur additional costs.

Deliverables
The deliverables, including the format and medium of the final video(s), will be agreed upon before the project begins. Any additional deliverables or changes to the agreed format requested by the client after the project has commenced may result in additional charges.

Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing all necessary materials, information, and access to locations required for the project. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional costs.

Confidentiality
All materials provided by the client are considered confidential and will not be shared or used outside of the project without the client’s consent.

Liability
Kosmos Creative will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay beyond our control. The client is responsible for ensuring that all materials and information provided are accurate and do not infringe on third-party rights.

Creative Control
Kosmos Creative retains full creative control over the project unless otherwise agreed in writing. While client input is welcome, final decisions on the artistic direction of the project rest with Kosmos Creative.

Archiving & Storage
Kosmos Creative will store project files for a period of 2 months after project completion. After this period, files may be deleted unless a prior arrangement is made. Additional fees may apply for long-term storage or retrieval of files.

Third-Party Services
Any third-party services (e.g., actors, music licensing, voiceover artists) required for the project will be discussed and agreed upon in advance. The client is responsible for the costs associated with these services unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

Reshoots & Additional Filming
Any reshoots or additional filming requested by the client after the completion of the initial shoot may incur additional fees, including costs for travel, equipment, and crew.

Promotion & Portfolio Use
Kosmos Creative reserves the right to use excerpts from the project for promotional purposes, including but not limited to use on Kosmos Creative’s website, social media, and portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Force Majeure
Kosmos Creative will not be held liable for any failure to fulfill obligations due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or other unforeseen events.

Feedback & Approval
The client agrees to provide timely feedback and approvals at each stage of the project. Delayed feedback may affect the project timeline and result in additional charges.

Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement. Refunds for work completed are at the discretion of Kosmos Creative and will depend on the circumstances of the cancellation.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium.
